Josh Burton grew up in Fairfield, Ohio. Josh is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati where he studied Political Science and History.
He worked in a communications based firm in Columbus, Ohio where he led on projects for elected officials, state agencies, businesses and community organizations. He was also the political director of Faith & Freedom Coalition which was lead by Former Secretary of State and U.S. Ambassador Hon. Kenneth Blackwell in Ohio. Josh moved to the public sector for 4 years in Public Affairs for Ohio Treasurer Josh Mandel where he connected with minority organizations and businesses.
He also worked with prestigious advertising agencies creating thoughtful PR and AD campaigns and successful client management. Josh applies his talents as a strategist, advertiser, writer, and creative director for campaigns. He looks forward to learning more about clients, their voters, and crafting a tailored message to help implement a winning strategy. Josh is a nationally recognized leader and was awarded the “30 under 30” wby BCF a black centered organization in 2019.

Justin Hucke grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio. Justin is a graduate of Miami University with a concentration in marketing from the Farmer School of Business with minor degrees in Chinese and International Business and certification from the business school’s prestigious China Business Program. Justin's political experience comes from his activity in local and national campaigns, focusing on grassroots, messaging, and strategy.
Justin's professional experience includes working for a global consulting firm based in Washington, DC, where he focused on sales, marketing, and communications for some of the world’s largest companies. Justin later came back to Ohio to be involved with Statehouse campaigns, where he ran one of the most widely-watched races in the state. Moving into public service, Justin was active in financial institution policy and criminal justice reform. Since he has managed several campaigns.
Justin is a member of the Ohio Association of Commodores, a statewide organization of civic and business leaders focusing on attracting economic development opportunities to Ohio.
